Morning Mist is a 350 homes neighborhood located on Georgia Road in Simpsonville South Carolina. Morning Mist subdivision homes range in square footage from 1600 square feet to over 4000 square feet on some of the fully finished basement homes. These traditional style homes were built by Lazarus Shouse and McCar Homes, and they consist of one story homes, one story homes with bonus room over the garage, two story homes and basement homes.
